Manchester on fire

So this morning as I get a little lie in the police in Manchester decided that this would not be the case and had there helicopter hovering over my flat form a early hour this morning, so on my way to work while I was thinking what would I do if I had a surface to air missile I noticed there were a few cops out, and they had shut a road off, and hang on that building is on fire.
